Founded in 1921, the Eugene Association of REALTORS® is a 960 member, not-for-profit trade association, serving real estate professionals in Lane County, Oregon. The EAR is dedicated to providing relevant housing information and outstanding customer service to our members and the public.

Located at the south end of the lush Willamette Valley, Eugene is the third largest city in Oregon.
