Budget Committee

Works with Association Officers and the CEO in the design and implementation of a program and fiscal performance monitoring process. With the CEO, it is responsible for setting and reviewing financial and investment policies. It reviews performance and reports both progress and challenges to the Board of Directors. Learn more…

To communicate, educate, inform, and support the members of EAR by providing an opportunity to participate in leisure, social, cultural or community experiences. Learn more…

Education Committee

Schedule and plan an annual calendar of educational classes. These classes and speakers are to be in addition to any planned by other committees. Goal is to provide as many continuing education opportunities for members, and to raise revenue over expenses for the year. Committee is responsible for contacting speakers, obtaining resumes and creating agenda. Staff will also conduct publicity, registration at the door, and distribution of participation certificates.  Staff will coordinate room needs and assist in other areas when possible. Learn more…

Political Advocacy Committee

The Political Advocacy Committee encourages participation among the general membership in grass roots political activity, monitors local legislation affecting the real estate industry and advocates for the Eugene Association of REALTORS® to elected officials, community leaders and the public. Learn more…

Grievance Committee

This committee investigates complaints received from the public and members to determine if the complaint has sufficient substance and merit to warrant an ethics or arbitration hearing. Learn more…

Technology Committee

 The function of this Committee is to research and make suggestions to the Board of Directors, equipment and software that is needed to keep the office up to date. Such items would be but are not limited to: new computers, software, office copier/printer, phone system, CRM (database), projector and screen. Learn more…
